Sifu Waller

Sifu Waller
Sifu Waller has over 50 years martial arts experience and holds a professional teaching qualification.

He teaches chin na, shuai jiao, taijiquan, qigong, form, pushing hands, theory & principles, biomechanics, metacognition, martial theory, neigong, jing, self defence, Taoism, weapons, Zen, Taoist Yoga to adults of all ages.

Rachel Waller

Rachel Waller
Rachel is a Malaysian tai chi instructor teaching in Newcastle Upon Tyne. She started her martial arts training in the early 1990's in Borneo, gaining a black belt in taekwondo.

Rachel specialises in qigong, tai chi for health and tai chi for fitness.
