Take advantage of the weekend morning to get a good 3 hour session of practice completed early in the day.
Train everything that you neglected during the week.

Experience

Sifu Waller has 40 years martial arts experience, 25 years tai chi and bagua practice (10 years full-time), 20 years Master/disciple relationship with Peter Southwood and 30,000 hours of training behind him.

He has been teaching since 1995.
He has 3 lineage disciples.

Sifu Waller obtained a post-graduate professional teaching qualification from The University of Leeds.

He is also registered with The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
