You can choose to learn tai chi as a martial art or health-only tai chi

• Form
• Stretching
• Partner work
• Energy work (qigong)
• Whole-body strength (neigong)
Induction course
New students may opt to take a 4 week induction course with a view to joining the school on the 4th lesson:
• £25
• 4 consecutive classes
• Learn new skills every week
• Receive corrections, tips & pointers
• One-to-one assessment throughout the course
At the end of the course the student is halfway through passing their first belt.
Ongoing attendance
Lessons cost £7.50 per class.
