Sifu Waller
Sifu Waller has been training martial arts since 1975, kung fu since 1985, tai chi chuan and baguazhang since 1990.

He is registered with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain as an advanced instructor and holds a post-graduate professional teaching qualification.

Sifu Waller has been teaching since 1995.

Yang Lu-chan
150 years ago Yang Lu-chan's tai chi chuan was considered to be the pinnacle of kung fu.

It was taught to the Manchu Emperor's elite palace guards.
